Babies change so quickly in those first few weeks so what better way to capture those tiny little details....the little fingers, the little toes....After all it won't be long before those little toes are running around and those little fingers leaving sticky marks all over the place!!!
What to expect from a newborn photoshoot
All newborn photoshoots take place at my studio in Glasgow, which is fully equipped with everything we need to create the most beautiful images of your new little human. I have a range of beautiful little handmade outfits for you to choose from, as well as a wide variety of props and backdrops so the only thing you need to bring to your session is the baby!
The session can last anywhere between 2 and 4 hours depending entirely on the baby. This way we can allow plenty of time for feeding and settling.
Ahead of the session we will take time to discuss the styling of your newborn photoshoot at my studio in Glasgow, so on the day of the session I will have ready for you a selection of adorable setups based on your favourite colours.
When should I book?
A newborn session is best undertaken when your baby is between 5 and 14 days new, that way they are still extra sleepy and squishy and don't mind being posed in the adorable little poses we love so much!! With this in mind it is best to be sure and book as soon as possible, preferably after your 20 week scan.

Parent and sibling images
Years from now, your baby will love looking back at images of them in your arms... so how about some parent and sibling images included in your newborn gallery?
Not only is a newborn session the perfect time to capture some images of the newest little member of your family, it's also the perfect opportunity to bring along baby's big brothers and sisters (should they have any of course!) and create a beautiful family picture!
I also encourage some beautiful sibling images of all your babies together.
A word about safety
Newborn safety is of the utmost importance and it's not something I take lightly!!
I have trained with some of the industries leading newborn photographers, specialising in newborn safety and posing to ensure your little one is in the safest hands possible.
It's such an honour to be chosen to immortalise those precious memories for your family to treasure for years to come.
Only needing a few images of baby?
Then how about a newborn mini session?
This is basically a stripped back version of the newborn session, however to keep baby settled and sleepy throughout, baby will be trapped up all snuggly!!
Newborn mini session.
The newborn mini session is for baby only and will include 5 digital images which will be emailed over to you.
The session is only about an hour long so perfect if you don't necessarily have a lot of time
The mini session costs just £199 and can even be used as a gift!!
